SERVICES

One-on-One Training

Optimize the time you spend working out and stay motivated knowing the program you’re following is designed by an experienced professional. There’s no better way to stay accountable, remove doubt, and streamline your path to success.

Partner Training

Training with a friend, partner, coworker, etc. can help you experience most of the benefits of private coaching at a reduced cost. You may even find yourself with some added accountability having someone else side by side in your fitness journey.

Small Group Training

This option is great for people who need general direction, lots of accountability, and enjoy a “community” environment. You'll get the added benefit of exercising correctly, safely, and even having fun by following the expertise of a DRF trainer.

Chiropractic Care & Rehab

Your progress is only as optimal as your weakest link. Excel through your journey by optimizing your mobility, stability, and strength to overcome any weaknesses, instabilities, or restrictions so there's no delay or road blocks in your progress.

How It Works

Our Introductory Call

Our first call is to thoroughly understand your goals and expectations for the best experience. This will allow us to determine if we are a good solution for you, and if David Richards Fitness is a good fit.

Our First Session

We will meet in person for our first training session which includes an introductory workout and assessment. Afterward we will review, then discuss an appropriate plan that meets your goals and lifestyle.

Our Journey

Through our journey we follow progress closely and hold you accountable to ensure you achieve your desired results. All while building a lasting relationship and providing you with a top tier experience.

OUR OWNER & HEAD TRAINER

DAVID TOPOR

My name is David Topor and my late father’s name was Richard Topor. Since he was my biggest influence in living a healthy life full of exercise and nutritious foods, calling my coaching business David Richards Fitness made complete sense.

I am a certified personal trainer with a training certification from ACTION, as well as specialized certifications from NASM in Seniors Fitness and MMA Conditioning, and also am certified through DSW Fitness for program design for prenatal and postpartum women. My experience working one-on-one with clients started over 12 years ago, at various tennis facilities, privately and additional time spent in various health clubs, guiding people to reach their fitness goals.

As I stated before, my passion for fitness stems from my late father's influence. He had his own health food store back in the late ’70s and was an avid long-distance runner. His influence had me active at a young age and luckily I continued exercising and staying active into my adult life. My love for exercise and living a healthy lifestyle became a huge part of who I am.
